Are you looking for a jump-start to your weight loss and fitness program? This adventure is for you!
Barb’s Fit Camp is designed for all fitness levels. Whether you are just starting out or an experienced exerciser, Barb will walk you through your workout. You will be challenged with fast-moving circuits one day, high-intensity cardio bursts the next. You will work your heart, lungs and muscles differently with each class.
If you are a beginner or experienced exerciser, you WILL get a workout to accommodate your goals!
Unlike many other boot camp style classes OUR CLASS NUMBERS ARE STRICTLY CONTROLLED = This means your instructor knows you and your goals and can provide personal supervision in a group setting!
