Throughout the month of February, bring a friend who is new to Barb’s Personal Training to try a free group exercise, personal training or swim lesson. If they sign up for 3 classes/lessons, you get one free!!!

*Free class/lesson for new participants. Limit one free participant per class/lesson you attend. Reservations required. Must sign waver, Offer good through 2/28/2014.

After spending many years in corporate human resources and organization development, I put my passion for health and wellness at the center of my professional life and went back to school for a second degree in Kinesiology. In 2008, I became a personal trainer and never looked back!
